Love & DignityMeet Our Veterinarian
Dr. Heba Kashkosh, DVM, CHPV
Founder, Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Veterinarian
Dr. Heba Kashkosh is more than a veterinarian—she is a compassionate guide for families navigating one of the most emotional times of pet ownership. A graduate of the School of Veterinary Medicine, CU (2006), with a postgraduate diploma in Gynecology & Obstetrics of farm and small animals (2008), Dr. Kashkosh has spent her career caring for animals of all kinds. After completing the rigorous Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates process and earning U.S. licensure in 2015, she practiced general veterinary medicine before focusing exclusively on end-of-life care.
In 2019, Dr. Kashkosh became one of the few veterinarians in Pennsylvania to achieve certification as a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Veterinarian (CHPV). She is also Low Stress Handling® Certified, bringing specialized techniques that minimize anxiety and ensure every interaction with pets is gentle, respectful, and calm.
Dr. Kashkosh is proud to lead the only AAHA-accredited end-of-life care practice in Pennsylvania, a distinction that reflects her dedication to the highest standards of veterinary excellence. She believes that pets deserve to pass with dignity in the comfort of home, and that families deserve compassion, clarity, and support throughout the process.
For Dr. Kashkosh, in-home pet euthanasia is not just a service—it is a calling. She feels honored to help dogs, cats, and rabbits make their final journey peacefully while supporting families with the empathy and reassurance they need most.
